PAID SESSIONS (₹1,000 - ₹3,500):
24+ HOURS NOTICE:
- Full refund or reschedule
- No charges
12-24 HOURS NOTICE:
- Reschedule once (no penalty)
- Cancellation: 50% charge
LESS THAN 12 HOURS:
- Full session fee charged
- Can reschedule within same week
NO-SHOW:
- Full session fee charged
- Must prepay for next session
LATE ARRIVAL:
- Session ends at scheduled time
- No extension or refund
THERAPIST CANCELLATION:
- Full refund
- Priority rescheduling
- No penalty to you
REFUND PROCESS:
- Processed within 7 business days
